    I do shit like this all the time and I still have a damn pot belly! I diet and cardio…I don’t believe this, he’s just got good genetics is all. He’s asian and a lot of asians aren’t fat, so it’s easy for him.

    If you work moderately on the abs (a standard ab workout), as cosasverdes mentioned, skip a day or so. If you do a power workout (usually w/ weighs involved), you may want to give 5 day or so rest period. In addition, you don’t have to work the abs as much as say your arms. 2 or 3 sets of abs should be sufficient.

    That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. So you can only get a 6 pack if its naturally in your genetics or if you’ve had surgery? Your logic fails. Abs can be built just like any other muscle. Best way to make them visible is to lose weight around your stomach area. SOMETIMES one’s genetics will not allow them to lose enough fat in that region, but that doesnt mean people with abs ONLY have them because of their genetics. You need to educate yourself before making such absurd comments.

    No. You never want to work the same muscle group(s) 2 days in a row (with few exceptions). If you do, you can overtrain your muscles, be waisting your time, and be sore for no good reason. Proper rest is essential. Go to “shapefit” website (google it) and learn everything you could want to know about fitness.

    Again, if you don’t know what your talking about, definitely don’t insult.

    Broc in the microwave is still fine, it’s just not as healthy as STEAMED, which is not as healthy as raw. Living naturally has nothing to do with abs. Muscle, bones, etc. are often genetic. Which is the reason some people can eat McDonalds all year and never gain weight, when others may. We wake up daily, yours abs are being exercised from when you were a kid. You would have killer abs by now. It’s genes too. Read more

    Everyone has abs stomach muscles. In order to see them, you should muat lose 10% of your body fat. The fat that covers your abs is removed (surgically), and your skin is pulled closer to your body.

    I’ve been working out for 8 years.
    If you don’t know what your talking about, you shouldn’t call someone a tard.

    You’re saying that people get surgery to have abs? who the fuck does that!? how the hell do you surgically make abs? try eating food without cooking away the nutrients. the next time you shove broccoli into the microwave just think of all the dying minerals and nutrients. abs happen naturally you ass tard. You only get abs if you live naturally. Eating processed foods and over cooked slabs of animal side does not nourish your body it just packs in useless flub that isn’t properly digested.

    I am impressed this video shows some useful ways to exert muscle fibers in an isolated fashion.
    I have a six pack already though and I don’t actually “workout” I just sort of skateboard and ride a bicycle everywhere I go for daily needs. I’m not trying to preach or anything or whatever else comes with honesty. I just thought that it’s a little time efficient to exercise naturally as you make yourself travel places rather than vehicles.

    Well, some of you (no pun attended) say that this doesn’t work the abs. True to a certain degree, but he is trying to show you how to get abs and it doesn’t always mean doing only abe workouts. His workouts is about increasing heart rate and keeping your body warm to burn fat, including the ugly blob on your stomach. If you only do abs, your muscle will get bigger but fat will remain, that is why you do cardio and circuit training like he is showing, and of course eat right is the key.
