Not a clue, sorry. I’d say if you went through this workout, take at least one day of rest (or 2, depending on your fitness level) before doing it again, because on the rest days, the muscles heal become larger and stronger.
I did this workout for about 4 months every other day and it became so easy that I added another 30 to every workout and so on. Now I’m up to 70 reps and it’s a challenge.
yes haha. anyone and everyone can get that. what stops people is junk food and lack of determination to work hard. you need to bust your ass every time you work out. anything less of 100% won’t yield good results.
yea i thought i mentioned it on here..i was miss imformed by my nutritonist…and it only worked for me because i ate almost a dozeneggs a day ..i know its wrong now apologies
symmetry in abs is determined by genes. not how you work out your abs.. so mr. expert in all working out. how do you get perfect abs when your body predetermines where the muscle can grow? and what’s your split like? i want to know since you’ve been able to master symmetric abs. not even jay cutler, 2 time mr. olympia, has symmetric abs.
how are three eggs supposed to be enough protein for a week, when an AVERAGE person is supposed to consume between 50-60 grams a day? O.o… that makes no sense
Just wanted to say man, you’ve really inspired me into getting into much better shape. I have like literally 10 of your workouts written down on paper that I bring with me to the gym, then will often do 2 or 3 of them in one run.
I’m even documenting what I look like after each week. ;)-
Also gotta say… this workout is one hell of an ass kicker! The first week I puked almost every day, haha…

It’s a typo. You’re doing 30 reps of each, to make a combined total of 300. Although I’m sure 300 each couldn’t hurt… Much.

Can someone explain his simple rules? How can you have a total of 300 combined reps when your doing 300 reps for each exercise?
