This is the first time in many years I have felt capable of going with a programme. I’m going on 49 and feel if I don’t catch myself soon I will have no figure to speak of!! This women is terrific……does anyone know if she has a dvd out?

Tammy this all looks great. But do you have anything for hips? I need to lose at least two inches at the hips, and nothing’s working!! Help! I’m doing a lot of cardio at least three times a week and nothing! It just seems like my hips are getting firmer and not shrinking.

Tammy i do find the workouts too easy it would be great if there were some harder workouts. I do thank you for putting up a tone your butt video, I dont have a butt haha. flat as can be :P

A few years ago, two parents went out for dinner. A few hours later, the babysitter was calling to ask if she could cover up the clown statue in the kids’ room, the father said,”Take the kids and get out of the house. We’ll call the police, we don’t have a clown statue.” The “clown statue” is really a killer that escaped from jail. Hi tammy,
I think your approach of 10 repititions per excercise is very good as it doesn’t scare people away!
However, even though I’m not a very fit person, I find that some of the exercises are too easy for me or I don’t feel my muscles buring after 10 reps. It would be great if you could make some videos for “advanced” workouts, where one really gets to swet! :) Thanks

For exercise 2, i feel it more when instead of plopping you butt on the ground, instead, roll you spine down, vertebra by vertebra, like they do in pilates i guess. great job!

This one is better then the first for the butt. ^_^ strictly mat on the floor is pretty much what I’m working with and I really felt this one more then the other.

i have started u workout for abs thigh butt i hope it will work b this i was ding pilates but it didnt work for u i have to tone up my body in a mnth i hopw i will do soo i do 60 minutes of walking 4-5 days a week..:(…..my bely fat is da main area i need to work on …..i will update u in 1 week or two…thnks..

Tammy, I wanna know how should one warm-up and stretch before and after the exercises in all of your videos so that one doesn’t get injured. I cannot find any of those in the videos. Otherwise, it’s great stuff! Thanks.
