    He has to talk, this kinda makes it difficult to breath well while working out. Also most people should know this already, if there not complete N00BS. (Hence advanced workout)

    Great workout, wish had those stability balls. Although you can probably do that with a medicine ball. Might even be harder. Gotta try this one day. Ballantyne is the man.
