    Rounds are like sets. You do for example 10 reps Bicep curls, then do that 2 more times if you are doing rounds of 3

    yes u can start doing these exersices and dont listen to the people who say not to do squats, deadlifts, etc until u stop growing. i do olympic lifting and there are kids there who have been squating sence they were only 8. and they have growning fine.

    Spot on my man!! People always think and say “I have to do my crunches & sit ups for my abs” – Wrong!! The absa are built in the kitchen plus your body training/Cardio. No amount of crunches will give you visable abs if you have a layer of fat around you.
