yoo, do u do the cycle once then rest like 10 sec then do all over again 2 more times.. (if i do cycle 3 times) or do u do one cycle of it… then later in the day do another?? basically do u do it all at one time or spreadout throughout day u seam like u would know lmao..

its ok if you havent trained before that but then after that its no good if you want to get a six pack abs do jack knifes till failure and six inches sit ups till failure got a six pack doing that in a week
