This was okay, but it didn’t even feel challenging enough, it would have been easier to just take a walk. If it’s only 5 minutes, i suggest something more intense. But, good warm ups.
Cardio is what burns fat. Mainly to burn fat and not over build muscle. Models such as adriana lima (Victoria Secrets) use cardio to excercise, as stated in an interview that I’ve actually seen on youtube:]
Actually cardio isn’t exactly to warm you up because a lot of times, people rely soley on cardio to workout since it burns fat so to speak as a raised heart rate incorporated into the concept of endurance
