This jump rope workout will help you lose fat while burning a ton of calories. Jumping rope is a fun exercise which helps to build your overall agility and endurance levels!
Well, I would assume that it depends on your own genetic makeup. But what thing I do know for sure, sit-ups do not help you lose abdominal fat. yes, it strengthens and forms that muscle, but you won’t see anything until you lose body fat.
remember abdominal exercises don’t necessarily burn a lot of fat. the idea that sit ups and ab crunches will make you lose weight from your belly is a common misconception.
jogging, skipping, that kind of thing will burn fat, and sit ups/crunches n stuff with tone muscle
also, seems silly to say that there’s such a thing as a ‘last’ place to lose weight. surely all gradually goes at the same speed…surely
i’d say it hits your calf muscles the hardest. thighs…not so much. good for the triceps and shoulders also. and is a great cardiovascularworkout too obviously
my advice to any one who wants to jump rope well is to go to a boxing gym, the better people around you will really make you feel bad and motivate you..thats how i did it now im good, i can do what this dudes doing here.
Yeah dude if you do like 2 minutes of jump roping (you need to work up to that if you’re not fit) and then take 1 minute breaks and just repeat that for like 20 minutes a few times a week then you’ll using thousands of calories more than you would be normally. It’s really a wonderful exercise.
General question:
I’ve always wondered this… I realize that if you exercise, you’ll lose weight from all areas on your body; however, if the first place you gain weight is your belly, is is generally the last place you lose weight? -unless you do a ton of situps or something?
yes everything he said is true. it’s not as good as running but it’s about 9/10’s as good as it. you work out most of your body parts when jumping rope

tons of situps wont make you lose weight on your stomach, you can’t pin point burn your fat.
but you have the general idea
if you gained the weight first on your stomach, then butt, then thighs, it will probably be going off in that same order, but reverse.
it’s different for people where they gain their fat and which places they get it first etc, but that’s the general idea.

situps wont make you lose weight on your stomach, it’ll just tone the muscles there
