yo, i’m 13(i know it sez i’m 23 on my profile) weigh 10 stone and 5ft 9, i got two pack just below the nipples (rofl) nd i need some weight loss tips, i only got a small layer of fat, i hardly do any exersise (apart from bench dips and bycycle crunches etc.) and ea loads of choclate bars. If I cut down on snacks and done the same exerse every day, do you think i’ll get a 6 pack?
god, i really need help, i just have a small layer of fat on the top and a a belt of it at the bottom, im not fat, but id really like to get rid of it all, ive been runnign and dieting and lifting weights at my house and trying really hard for like 2 months now and i can harldy see the diffrence..and this kinda stuff just doesnt feel right..its only like a 2 foot radius of movement how can that do anything, im cinfused…some one please help i am going crazy
yea the man is right its not all at the diet abs are like other muscules harder u work stronger anb biger ( that means visible) they get . im doing this stuff with the legs and its great u can see my abs in my profile pic
Okay you burn calories, but you can do that with eating below maintenance. The sit ups over and over again keeps them from healing and becoming stronger. So you kind of go backwards
start off with your wife, then move to her sister, if she has no sister, step up to her friend, then move onto the streets and pick up a girl working in a underwear shop. Always a good hard missionary or lifted bitch on top position. It works wonders for me.
