    its weird i have a fat vein down my left bicep just like scott and none on my right unless its during a workout…i want veins on both!!!! =( lol

    it works really well. ive been doing it for a week now and the form comes more natural for some of the workouts which is the key.

    I noticed this builds more muscle endurance.. exhausting the muscle… the brutally asking it for more power :)
