a good way to remedy that is stretching before and after this, focusing on your back muscles, and working on your poster.
i’ve recently been working on it, and here’s what i do. when im at the computer or sitting down, i sit up straight, shoulder’s down, and head up. i hold this for about 5 minutes, and then take a quick 15-30 second relief slouch, and before you know it, you poster looks great!
