no no bud u got it the other way around. just shutup, if you think this is a good workout and hard training than u and i have a whole different understanding of hardwork. I agree w/ PHilTHC about sherks training.
Regardless of Rich Franklins abilities, this workout is terrible. It is totally dysfunctional, anyone with even a basic understanding of phsiology and exercise prescription would see how inadequate it is. He should sack his trainers. The whole workout is in isolation, a fighter, in particular should never train this way. No wonder he got demolished by Silva
what do you mean nothing to do with fighting? first off, he gets stronger which helps and second it helps his endurance seeing he does it non-stop for an hour. you trying doing that, but your not a MMA champ, let alone even a fighter.
whats the difference? if his strength and conditioing never fails him in the octagon (which it doesnt) then why change something? i see all these people on here talking shit about his workoutprogram. he was the 185lbs champ! until you accomplish that, dont talk shit about it!
Don’t talk shit about him using the machines. i would like to see anyone try going through free-weights that fast.
You would be lucky going a third that speed and not Dropping things and hurting yourself
you got to realize weights are not a big part of a fighters training he is only doing exercises to improve his muscle endurance, cardio, and tendon strength his power doesnt come from how much he can lift but from his technique and a heavy bag
he should do a few free weight exercises. machines are ok but dont require as much effort even at the max. but a few more free weight and core exercises can do wonders. still i tried this and its great.of course i had to sub in some exercises i didnt have some of the equipment for with free weights. it is fuck hard to finish in less than an hour and a half (my best timeout of 17 tries).if you can finish it in the same time as rich or less get your ass in the cage.

Well randy isn’t the most fit person
I understand this workout, they’re trying to work on his endurance rather than gain muscle mass
